More Japanese oddness

I really should just create a dedicated board here for the weird Japanese products I find on the web.

Neko Nyanbou

The pictures alone are priceless

I thought I had an idea about this until the last diagram. Is there some sort of symbolic warrior exchange going on here or what?

The motion lines behind his head must be whiplash from the unleashing of tiger-style fury from the fake-paw of doom.

...so is the fourth picture implying that TWO kitty back scratchers and a tail is just as good as a one million yen fur coat?
Because I beg to differ.

I don't know what fur coats go for these days, but 1 000 000 Yen is $8 450 right now. Those paws better do more than what the diagrams show to be that kind of value.

Is that a one million yen fur coat beside you, or are you just happy to see me?
