hold on a second is this a scarborough in america? I live about half an hour from the REAL scarborough, where there is a proper scarborough fair with townies and scary rides that fall over. and theres a castle- on a cliff.
no. it's just in a field with lots of people pretending to be Renaissance European. Basically it's a bunch of anglophiles, drunk people, and people to laugh at both said groups.

They don't have many castles in Texas. Too bad really. They're rad.

I havent been since the Flaming Idiots stopped performing there!
I booked them at a TCU battle of the bands once. They were fantastic!!

I'll go, but you can't make me wear crushed velvet in 90-degree weather.

Well, I'll def be there one way or another next Sat or Sunday (still in the schedule negotiation process).
I'll probably end up getting a pass though, so I could go again whenever...

I think I spent $60 on alcohol 2 weeks ago. I was buying drinks for that deadbeat Jessica and my deadbeat mom.

Ha -- sadly, with my frame of reference, Scarborough Castle looks more like something from a fish bowl than an actual castle.
