Never been a beer drinker  but gave up alcohol for a year in 2007 and then it just carried on. Had a couple of birthday drinks last year / this year but that's been it.

How's the Christmas shopping going?

I'm just about done. Just gotta help the kids get their stuff ordered and get some stocking stuffers and I'm all done.

Is Christmas the season for euphemisms or what?

Yes, which reminds me that I better go trim the tree!

Which celebrities do you always get mixed up?

i couldn't think of any, so i searched the internet. i never realized how much zooey deschanel and katy perry look like each other. i wouldn't be sad if either fell off the face of the earth.

what SNL cast has been your favorite overall?

I think the Hartman / Meadows crew of the early 90s.

Everyone that hosted from '80 to '83.

Do you, in fact, rinse and repeat as instructed?

we just had ours. it was in the lobby of my old building. across the parking lot. I won a rachel zoe purse and some gift cards to macaroni grill.

You think we'll ever get back to the days when the company rented out a nice ballroom and served a good dinner?

You might, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

We haven't had any kind of company-sponsored holiday event since Bell Atlantic bought GTE. Well, I'm sure there have been some, but none that anyone I know was invited to.

Ever get a Christmas bonus?

Annual yes (not this year as I have to have two calendar years in for that, wish I hadn't started in February), Christmas no.

(and the company is having a Christmas party at Marie Gabrielle but we have to miss it due to my sister getting married, bummer)

Does "marmite" sound like a cross between a mineral and a kind of mold to you?
