my boy daniel got picked on this week. poor baby.
kenley is starting to annoy me. maybe i am just jealous that she is daniel's faghag and i am not, or maybe her voice/laugh is grating on my nerves. i think it's both. oh and she told daniel not to use the jacket even though he should have. whatta bitch.

i'm glad that annoying jennifer girl got eliminated with her holly go lightly crap.

i hope the show gets better as the season goes on. and i hope stella and/or blaine go away really soon. also wtf blaine doesn't know anything about life. "what's sgt. pepper's i don't even know me want tan."

i actually agreed with the outcome this week, as far as who got eliminated. that outfit was FUGLY. uggggh. i hated the animal print, and it looked so k-mart/dollar-tree. and it was kelly's design so she deserved to go home.

i did like daniel a lot at first, but he is getting on the whiney side. but wtf was up with kenley laughing on the runway? made her come off very bitchy. i'm getting sick of kenley.

terri is awesome. she is a good designer AND has a good personality. she's one of the few designers who doesn't annoy the hell out of me.

what is up with all of the annoying designers? where does annoying = good tv? i don't understand.

i didn't like the outfit either, but just because it was kelly's initial concept doesn't mean she deserved to go home. daniel should have taken his "impeccable" taste and done something with it, not just sat back and waited for her to go home. he was spineless and whiny in this episode, and i don't like anything he's done since the cup dress.

kenley is getting cocky, and she will make a big, fugly mistake. it's only a matter of time before her terrible print choices get her into trouble.

stella is this season's sweet p. she'll get towards the end... somehow.

i like that this season, the women are in general stronger designers than the men. i usually don't like the women designers (i.e., jillian, chloe, laura, wendy pepper, etc etc etc), but this season i like them way better than the men.

blayne is wannabe christian. it's like all the annoying parts of christian sat in a tanning bed too long and got his hair done by the people on shear genius. but at least i enjoy most of his designs. this week's was just borrrring, zzz.

terri is really good, she's quick too and her stuff always well made.


ok, watched the new episode. Daniel should have been kicked off. him and his "high-end", he's a freak. He really sabotaged that outfit.

ok sry, i'm going to have to defend daniel here. he was on a team where kelly was the leader telling him what to do with HER design. in the real world, the designer would get fired, not some team member. even if that outfit was executed PERFECTLY, the design was still so horrible. SHE chose to do leopard print (horrible choice) and it was HER "vision".

on other episodes, they have ridiculed members of the team who have disagreed with the team leader (i.e. vincent and angela from season 3) and told them not to interfere with the lead designer's vision and to just do as their told. and now they're expected to be like "your design sucks, let's do what i want to do!" why didn't ricky go home in season 4 during the avant garde challenge? oh right because it was kit's design, even though she had never been on the bottom and she rocked, it was still her design.

in this instance, daniel shouldn't have gone home because he had little to do with how much that outfit sucked balls. plus kelly had a twitch and made ugly clothes. the end.

danielle can only make one type of clothing...cocktail/evening. boring. He should have gone home last week with that awful olympic dress. he doesn't listen unless it suits him. you can tell the ones that listen. he's not one of them.

yes, that dress was ugly and perhaps she did deserve to go home, but he ruined that skirt, because he didn't care. that's poor attitude as well. At least the others seemed liek they were helping. even rocker chick and blk dude worked well together and they're two differnet types of designer. and rocker chick complains about everything, first time I didn't hear her complaining.

daniel hasn't shown me anything worth anything....he's turning into a 'high-end' joke.

you can defend daniel all you like, but i'm still going to disagree. part of being a team is letting people know when you're making a bad decision. i disagreed last season when kit went home, and so did you, so i don't see how this is much different than that, except you preferred kit over ricky and now daniel over kelli. daniel's a disappointment, i thought he was going to do interesting things from a unique perspective, but he's just serving up the same old boring shit. and he has a funky attitude on top of it. kelli had shown much more skill and ingenuity over the course of the show so far than he did.

and i don't wanna hear, "well, based on THIS challenge..." because we all know they look at the overall (or at perceived "potential") when it comes to certain people. for example: rami, santino, and laura all should have gone home for horrendous designs that were their fault, but they were kept because the judges (read: producers) wanted them to stay in.

there is also a difference between "your design sucks, let's do what i want" and being like, "okay this is going to look a little cheap, how can we fix this?" and the problem with that outfit was it looked cheap and trampy, and daniel supposedly has this AMAZING IMPECCABLE HIGH END TASTE that should've been able to do something about that. kelli was asking his opinion at the fabric store. he said "i like it, it's fine" and then bitched about her choices behind her back in the diary room. i don't respect that, it's lame and spineless.

my point is that i don't think a team member should go home over the lead designer. that's all i was trying to say.

anyway, it doesn't really matter because i dislike most of the designers and i am kind of apathetic on who is actually going to win. although i think terri has the most potential to win. and i also kind of like joe. he puts out some pretty okay stuff and is hardly annoying which means he will be the next to go.

drag queens! ok so the same thing happened that has happens on every episode:

keith made something with strip/swatch thingers. terri's work made top 3, but didn't win, even though it deserved to. blayne and stella are somehow still safe. wtf.

daniel got eliminated, although he deserved it since he had the worst outfit. i think my new favorite is leanne. she annoyed me at first, but i like almost everything she makes and her outfit for the drag challenge rawked.

so happy daniel went home. if you're doing something for drag queens, you need to make it tacky, that's the POIIINNNTTT. i don't care how high end you are, have some fun and get the twerpstick out of your ass.

HOW did terri not win? hers was clearly the best. by far. it was drag fabulous, but creative and not done before, at least i've never seen a drag queen wear anything like that. joe's and korto's were good but not THAT good. i can't believe my favorite designer is a girl this season, it's never happened before, but i would maybe have terri's babies (you know she's got a peen).

keith was an idiot to use the same technique he used when he almost got eliminated before. he's going home soon.

kenley = vomit. she's so cockyyyyy. and i want to rip her bangs off her head.

i like leanne, too, i dig the geometric feel to all her stuff. it's very clean and precise and pretty. but terri's still my fav, by far.
