how could anyone not love a 200-pound lesbian from a small town in arkansas who often wears her hair up in a beehive and fronts a punk-rock band, yet when she opens her mouth, she sounds just like loretta lynn?

i've heard people say (rather snidely) that lead singer Beth Ditto looks like Roseanne. I don't see it, and I think that's kinda insulting, but shit, she even fooled Lecy!
