I would think it's a joke too except...

The story was posted April 2nd
and as far as setting a precedence for poor decision-making, on Dec. 9th the Cure did an MTV Unplugged appearance with Korn.

Yeah, I thought that was awesome. We always refer to him as "robert-smith-from-the-cure."

We should have made him wear a big wig and I could have walked down the aisle to Love Cats.
