what can you tell me about mckinney?
is it a nice place to live? is it expensive? personal experiences?

Yep. I've been here off and on for over 20 years.
You'll need a car if you live here. DART doesn't run up here. We have (no joke, y'all) CART instead.
As far as the cost of living... it depends where you want to live. We have everything from crazy rich neighborhoods to public housing.
I'd recommend east side (not too far east. It's gangland there) or near the square (which is getting pricey now). That area has great taquerias, mercados, cafes, coffee shops, mom n pop shops, etc. And it's close to the library.
