Well, before all of this trim spa or whatever else, she contributed to mine and probably every other male my ages' fantasies. Before all the weirdness, she was a legit model and hotter than hot. The best thing about her though was that it was before all the size 0 bullshits; she had curves. Lots of them. You might say that's not a contribution toward society, but in my estimation, her look was far more realistic for women than the ridiculous models today portray, and well, when she appeared in Playboy, she did something for men worldwide that is an art in and of itself. I love Robert Altman but it's apples and oranges...we don't all know it... i think its sad that that people feel like they are entwined in the lives of all these pseudo-celebrities. its one thing to feel sad when robert altman dies -- he actually contributed something to the world. i'm not saying it doesnt matter that she died, because she's a person so it matters; but its ridiculous to feel like you've "lost" something unless you actually knew her. or, i guess, unless you really appreciated those trim spa ads?come on people, this is actually pretty big news since we all know (very well) her life story.
the reason she never meant shit to me was that she was blonde. never liked the blondes. unless they brought brown eyes to the table in which times I was a wounded kitten. Lucky for me, her eyes weren't the color of pretty.
