james brown has left the building

Music, movies, entertainment, etc. Because James wanted it (and seems like a pretty good idea)

Little Richard should've gone first.

Ok, no one wanted to hear this news. But when you did, everyone thought of the song, right?

Just me?

If I had had a mouth full of coffee, this would have caused a spit take.

Noooooo.
But that's funny.

It's an old techno song, you would (still could, maybe) hear it at dance clubs.

Actually, the first thing that popped in my head was "RC's Mom" by the Dead Milkmen.

My Fondest memory of James Brown......Oh wait, that was Eddie Murphy!

And can you believe they announced today a James Brown biopic with Spike Lee directing! Couldn't they wait a little first so it doesn't look like they are cashing in on his death?
