EDIT: Found out that it is indeed a Citi Cards toll-free number and the voice of Santa is a former employee who continues to do the recordings each year.

i didnt realize you worked for citi. did you used to work in the red brick building behind michaels corp office?

Nope. I work in a big pink marble building on Royal Lane, between MacArthur and O'Connor. We have, like, 11 buildings in DFW though, and close to 13,000 employees.
