Boston Pub and Quickly Now
I have to go to Boston for work tomorrow. I am staying at the Residence Inn on Tudor Warf. I'm not sure what the neighborhood is called, maybe the Bunker Hill area? Anyone here know of a good spot to hoist a pint nearby?

It doesn't matter what part of Boston you stay in, you have to hit the Barking Crab. Forkers have a long tradition there. One February I managed to drink 7 pitchers of Harpoon Winter Warmer, "borrowed" the rock out of the bottom of the lobster bucket, and stumbled out into a rather large snowdrift to the delight of all of my U.N. geek friends.

aquaphase is right. the barking crab rules and it's just a couple miles away from where you're staying. 88 sleeper st. is the address, it's on the water and beautiful.
the foggy goggle at 911 boylston st is one of my favorite bars, but it can be a decidedly college crowd (most moderately priced bars in boston are). head over to the copley/pru area and wander around. you'll find tons of nice places to drink.
you're staying in a good area cause you can easily head over to cambridge or somerville where there are lots of small, hip drinking establishments. are you looking for just drinks or music too?
or you could always make the long drive out to casey's crossing in holliston, where i work? sadly, i don't work again til saturday.
