problems? it totally cracks me up as a way of communicating. example: an email i just got from one of dolan's friends' moms. i cracked up, and it made me wonder how she gets her needs met in life at all:

I work with a LOT of people who know Problemspeak. It sounds an awful lot like complaining. . .


This woman is different, but I think you'll appreciate this anecdote. Today I got a second e-mail from a co-worker I barely know that said this:

"Don't forget to send me the picture of Darren! I need it for his scrapbook."

Granted -- Darren is the seeing eye dog she is training, and I LOVE everything about that. I took a picture of him at an event a while back and sent it to her -- so she nabbed me at another event and that is the photo she "needs."

I need to pull it off my personal camera and email it to work for her.

I just wish she would ASK me for it, instead of telling me I need to send it to her.
