i didn't have an atari system but i used to play my cousin's 2600 to death when we went to visit them cos he had space invaders, centipede and pole position. i do have an atari plug and play i picked up in dallas and some emulators, almost bought a jaguar recently but it was a bit too pricey.

what was the first video game you played?

yeah, pretty much.

what if the question that i asked in response to the question before was just like, "can you?" or "did you?" or "what is it for YOU?" like just kept asking that question over and over again.

think that would be funny?

I think it is neat because you get to see them make things.... maybe it is the same for you.

What is your favourite drink from Sonic? (we don't have one in the UK, but the heat today is making me think of Route 44 big drinks)

Cherry limeade with extra lime, or sometimes a Dr. Pepper with just a little bit of vanilla.

What's the coolest place you've been on vacation?

Yayyyy! We're goin to Hawaii! Coolest place by far, but not the coolest trip I've taken because I was 13 and my dad was working on a project there so it was mostly my mom dragging us around, still, it was Hawaii.

What is your worst vacation disaster/memory?

When I was about 10 or so, the family tried to drive from New Mexico to Disneyland. The car decided it only wanted to go as far as Casa Grande, AZ, so we were stuck there for about 4 days. To top that off, my Dad got severely dehydrated while he was working on the car in the middle of the AZ sun, so he almost keeled over. Needless to say, we didn't make it to Disney that year and had to stay in a scary scary little Arizona town.

First trip overseas, I was 24 and a little nervous abuot going. The first night in London we went to a neighborhood pub near our hotel and I went to use te toilet, which was of course downstairs. It was realyl solitaryfeeling down there; a door at the top of the stairs, one entering the vanity area of the restroom, and another leading to the stalls...

And the lights went out. It was pitch black down there, and the longest 2 minutes of my life, just standing there in the dark waiting for the axe murderer. I seriously intended to stand there until Jenny (who was in the Marines at the time and my only traveling buddy) noticed I was missing, but I finally worked up the courage to sprint (SPRINT!) up the stairs and immediately felt like a dumbass for freaking out.

EDIT: um, biggest irrational fear? I'll go with axe murderer. Ever since I was little, sometimes I'll just get this bug in my brain that says, "they're coming for you!" And I can't sleep. I mean, I know if happens, but cer crashes are far more common and I'm not scared of them...

Only slightly, we were unsuccessfully trying to find a restaurant in the old town of Cancun and got a bit turned around. I haven't been abroad much, so that's the best I've got. Feel free to add a more interesting story if you'd prefer to pass on this question:

Do you love Matchbox cars as much as I do?

I've currently got a Maseratti Quattroporte, BMW Z8, Ferrari 456 GT and a Mini Cooper at my desk. Not a bad little stable, iissm.

I don't like them as much as you do. In fact, I didn't even know you liked them as much as you do.

Better abbreviated phrases: 20th century (lylas, swak, bff) or 21st centruy (iimssm, lol, imo, bff)?

As much as I love the 20th century ones, I've never said "bff" out loud without it being part of a joke. I say "wtf" and "I heart" things all the time, so the 21st century wins out.

Do you have a favorite indie lable (or at least one that's near and dear to you)?
