Yea, new XTC album = bonus. But I don't think anyone's been holding their breath.
Not to draw a comparison, because I have the feeling Andy's not as finicky as Robert - but I don't know HOW many times the Cure were pronounced dead, only to release something new after a year or three.

Yeah, but XTC = Andy + Colin. Anything less isn't XTC. The Cure is Robert (although I would say it's not the same without Simon Gallup, but he doesn't write like Colin does). I'm sure Andy will continue on as a solo artist, or working with others (like Monstrance which is finally coming out).Yea, new XTC album = bonus. But I don't think anyone's been holding their breath.
