why did it go off the air? it was a political satire show and there is so much material they could work with now. It's like if they took have i got news for you off the air in 1997.

he's defected to New Labour now (well claims to have invented it) so he didn't have to change his policy beliefs.

Interesting article on why it finished in 96 and the costs of bringing it back again here
