Not really related, but. . .

I saw a bumper sticker on a car at school yesterday: "I Miss Ann Richards." I wonder if the driver put it there in protest of GWB and Rick Perry, or if it was a recent addition since her death.

I got a shirt that has a picture of George W's face in front of the state of Texas, and it says "Giving a great state a bad name since 1948."

I'm going to see Gloria Steinem tonight, and Kinky Friedman is going to be on my campus tomorrow, wee!

I got a fund raising letter from Planned Parenthood Monday with a note on the back of the envelope from her daughter. Something like, "as the daughter of Ann Richards, I know what it takesto run a campaign..."

And I wondered if that had been printed sice her death.
