Singing birds and laughing bees

Imagine that? Republicans suck. I voted for Reagan but never again for President. My local governor seems alright or else he just hasn't gotten caught, so I'll vote for him I suppose. :?

I'd like to point out that this is dumb:
Then join those of us who have decided that since paper was good enough for our constitution, it's good enough for our vote too.
The testimony sucks, man. I mean, awwww man. With the something or other Voting Act of 2000 is requires all states to get electronic voting machines if they don't have them already.

Luckily, my precinct uses the Optical Scan machines, so I still vote with a punch-card ballot (but a computer reads [or optically scans, if you will]) it.

Also, how are these programs not noticed? The voting program would have to be very simple unlike the modification and a quick scan of the system could reveal any shenanigans, couldn't it?
