i guess the thing that's impressed me most about these kids is how young and enthusiastic they are. in a way, their style kind of reminds me of Bill/Firecracker-era TD meets Of Montreal. they might not be that great of a live band now, but i think they're one of those groups that has the potential to grow, and growth might be an amazingly good thing for them. their next record has a Tunng remix, too.

i just recently did an interview with them.
