baseball?

I thought about making it "shport" in general, but I really don't care about the others.

lordy lordy lord. the red sox are now down 3-1. i'm nervous, but not as nervous as i probably should be. they've rallied back from worse than this (yankees series in '04, anyone?).

As you are to us ;-)

Serially though, I pick Cleveland over the Rockies in 6.

well, the sox certainly are proving to be a pleasant surprise to me this season. i predicted they would take the first game and lose the next three, but they're proving me wrong. up 2-0 now. but now they're in colorado. if they win one of the games on the road, i think we've got another series in our pocket.

of course, the sox are famous for screwing things up, so we shall see where this goes.

game over and another sweep! It's going to get to the point where they are going to reinstate "the curse" until the Sox win one in Boston. I guess the payback is a bitch.

yaaaaaaaaaaaay! my city is a very happy one right now. would've been nice to win it in fenway, but boston will celebrate it enough to make up for it.

Is it especially sweet that people are saying the BoSox are to the 00's what the Yankees were to the 90's?
