Another MLS signing?

Saw that Robbie Fowler's been linked to a move to the MLS after refusing a transfer from Liverpool in this window.

I read that today also. I'm not sure where he'll go. At first I heard New York, they have two of those designated players things and they're using one on claudio reyna.
