I’d like to defend Dr. J. He obviously cares allot about good pop and wants to share what he knows with the rest of us. It that so wrong?! Me and Bobby McGee fans out there salute you! Thanks fer the tunage yo.

I wouldn't mind so much if he talked about what the band/entertainment thing was or was like. If it's worth sticking a link up, then surely some words are worthy too. Squashed Dog was also a fan of the link-only threads. Just something I never find the interest to bother with.

yeah, i try to do that sometimes, but at the same time, it feels kind of cheap and/or redundant. if, for instance, i were to say 'wow, this band sounds like the spree' and then posted a link, anything i'd say would be redundant. why? because i've explained it in the title why i'm posting the link, and anything i'd say afterwards, you'd be sure to find out on your own, providing you clicked it...i'll try to be better about it, though.I wouldn't mind so much if he talked about what the band/entertainment thing was or was like.
