Pulp

Music, movies, entertainment, etc. Because James wanted it (and seems like a pretty good idea)

Pulp

Postby James » Fri Nov 12, 2010 10:57 pm

Britpop's greatest band has reformed for festivals in 2011. I have tix to see them in Hyde Park. It's always funny where life takes you, and I never really thought I'd be here, but in light of this, I'm glad I am.

And I'm glad I'll be there.

Please feel free to be jealous now.

I would be if I didn't have tickets on the way as well

Looking forward to seeing who they select to support - the only time I saw them was at Finsbury Park in 98 on a really hot summer night. They had Catatonia, Bernard Butler and the mighty Bentley Rhthym Ace that night along with Add N to X and Ultrasound - great fun :)

Any idea if they're recording again or if it's just a get together to tour the old stuff?

I have no idea about new material. Not heard a peep, but also haven't been paying a bit of attention...

Less than a month to go now; quite excited about it now. TV on the Radio is playing also which is cool.

Looking forward to seeing Hives, Horrors, Yuck and Vintage Trouble, hopefully no clashes between the two stages
