I didn't understand the topic of her speach - did I hear "solanaughts auditor?" and Flag? I guess that's Scientolospeak?
Nothing like a yellow-skined cartoon character to - um, lend credibility to your religion?

I'd never considered the idea that a voice could be intellectual property. Wouldn't Fox have the rights to that?
Her wiki page says she donated $10 million to those shysters in '07 and is actively seeking a NASCAR license. Odd bird.

See, I can see how Fox (or Groening?) would have a right to the character - the name and likeness - but I wonder about the voice, because the voice is her creation. Although the voice is nothing without the name... seems unethical to me for sure.

well she says "it's bart simpson." if she didn't use the character name then she could probably get by with it. but she is associating bart simpson (and by extension, the simpsons) with scientology. i wouldn't be happy if i were groening.
