We went and saw the Truckers last night at HOB. They are still freakin' fantastic live.

Just saw those bands last weekend at the Treasure Island Music Festival. This fest is only 2 years old but goddman they know how to do it right. Was a great time with really good music. It's very ecofriendly too which plays on the Californian in me. Hell they even had me picking up other people's trash. And I love how a bag full of trash becomes only one tiny little bag after I composted and recycled 99% of the trash. YAY!

it sucks that only the AT&T stage has the web cam. at least that I could find in my quick search. the other stages have more bands I want to see... but the monkey boy from gogol bordello is running around the stage now.

We went and saw the Truckers last night at HOB. They are still freakin' fantastic live.
My daughter was upstairs at the Ben Kweller show. She was too cheap to pay the ticketmaster fees and didn't reserve a ticket. The show was sold out so they tried to talk her and her friend into seeing the Driveby Truckers. They passed-but they did get in to BK after all.

Yeah, there were swoony emo kids all over the HOB. Our waiter at dinner was very confused when he asked what show we were going to see.
Driveby Truckers? Do they have a MySpace page?
