dude, they sound just like spinal tap. totally. im talking about their voices, not just their words. I kept thinking I'm hearing Nigel and David St. Hubbins.

More like Spinal Tap sounds like the Troggs, what an odd moment in music. Reminds me of Robert Altman.
You can just skip to 6:25, that's where it hits a new level.

It was actually one of the inspirations for Spinal tap, Certainly (and I havent listened to the Troggs Tapes yet) the bit in Tap where they argue in the studio about how Jean (Hubbins girl) is messing the band around and David can't play the particualr bit of the song.
