Local band back slapping

Woo! My band have been nominated for "best band" at the Aberdeen based Fudge Awards.
I'm a bit chuffed about this, but I suppose it isn't very relevant to you lot. Kartta or Project: Ven Hell should probably win though, as they are both ace.

Ven hell should win the pure greed memorial award for 2nd worst band name since pure greed.
Are the awards decided just on the forum votes?

People can also vote a gigs that Fudge put on as well as on Aberdeen Music.
Project: Ven Hell really are the dog's bollocks, especially live. And they're playing at the awards show, woo!

If I lived in Aberdeen, I'd rent one of these inflatable pandas, put a "CONGRATULATIONS, ROCK MUSICIANS!" t-shirt on it and put it in your front yard so you'd see it when you woke up.

I think that someone made up Strawberry Penis Parade.
It's all a bit embarressing really, especially after playing only 2 gigs.
I had to give a speech, and bare in mind I had been drinking for over 4 hours at this point.
