MySpace music pages rarely work for me. This is no exception so I'll have to take your word for it.

Sigh.

At least she's priddy.

oh dear. it seems that they're GIRLS in a GIRL band which features lots of GIRLS. I see where they intend the focus to be.

Actually, I'm starting to change my mind on this one...not saying that it is musical genius, but the more demos that go up, the more i i'm starting to think they're good. I'll look past the obvious schtick; her dad's band did the same thing back in '77.

That "Dirty Secret" song sounds straight out of the Blondie catalogue.

part of me has wondered if this is an andy 'prank' with his daughter involved. and yeah, the 'dirty secret' is an excellent song.

going to the gig might result in meeting her proud papa. :]

in the interviews i've read, he swears he has nothing to do with it, although he's tempted to get involved. i've also read in more than one place that he said he was surprised his daughter actually started a band. If you watch the video they have up, she plays and moves around like her dad to the point of scariness.

I doubt he'd be at one of her gigs at the moment because of his tinnitus, but you never know. I'm not that hard up to meet the guy though. I'm quite happy to buy his stuff, but I've learned enough to let that happen organically, if it ever happens.
