Brian Teasley's dad?

Music, movies, entertainment, etc. Because James wanted it (and seems like a pretty good idea)

It's pretty funny that you can hear tom-toms through the first part of the song, but the drummer is only crashing snares. That being said, I love drummers that stand (ref. The Flametrick Subs) while playing. Also, that bassist could be Joe Butcher. I sense a conspiracy.

I didn't notice any cymbals moving but I did notice the trumpet lying to his right.

None of them were amplified. There was no wireless technology back then. It must have been hardest for the drummer. But then I remember drummers just playing in air all the time, sticks or no sticks. Air Drum.

Ah, the music of my childhood.

Andy Sturmer of Jellyfish stands, drums and sings.

Or stood, drummed and sang.

One time on my birthday, my friends and I went to Simply Fondue. Not the time when some of you went, because I didn't know you guys yet. Anyway, afterwards, I went to that long skinny bar right next door, the Winedale Tavern. They had a band playing that night covering Beatles songs and its drummer was standing. On their break, they came over and talked my friends because we were about the only people in there. I said, "My favorite band's drummer used to stand up." The drummer said, "Jellyfish?" I was impressed. Then they found out it was my birthday and the singer put my name in Beatles songs the rest of the night. That was a really cool birthday! I think I was turning 25.

I think it's wondrous how the performance sounds exactly like the record, and the audience sounds like one of those "100 TOP SOUND EFFECTS" discs.
