We've all been waiting for someone take eye-glasses to the next level of alterna-kick-assedness and it is here.

That's one of the stupidest things I've seen. Should leave some nice scarring on the bridge of the nose (or I guess it was more the eye socket).

For some reason whenver I see someone with a extreme piercing I just want to rip it out. Its not that I enjoy hurting people, but its alot like telling a child "whatever you do, dont push that red button. You can push any button, except that ONE BUTTON" and I just gotta do it.

to each his own. like they say, i don't think anyone would even really notice it was attached to a piercing unless you were told about it.

that would be a pain when it came to getting a new prescription...

I've known 2 people with this piercing. It actually turns out quite nicely if you don't screw with it before it heals entirely. As for new prescription, just get your optician to grind new lenses and mount them on the clips. I wouldn't recommend this piercing for "coke bottle" glasses, but I think it looks rather nice.

With the glasses on, it does look pretty good, almost elegant. The posts look very odd without the glasses mounted to them, but I suppose that wouldn't happen often in public.

It probably does look sort of cool in person.

I feel like I would sleep on it wrong and it would do some major damage. Especially after a bender
(And I'm not anti-piercing; I agree to each his own. It just seems like trying too hard.)

I kinda like it. Doesn't seem very practical for everyday wear though... they're bound to be a bit heavy.

That was exactly what I was wondering. If the lenses are light enough, it seems like it could be really cool. If not, then just a curiosity and not worth the effort.
