uh huh, i've seen this too. bitch just got upset when her dad flipped out and tried to blame it on the artist/make a quick buck.

well that's nice. i guess he's not totally scary.But despite insisting she had asked for 56 stars, he still initially agreed to pay for half of the treatment to remove the tattoos.
He said: "Kimberley is unhappy and it is not my wish to have an unsatisfied client."
