Shuck A Peel. Really good Cajun-style seafood. They also have some really bad karaoke, but not every night, so if you're lucky you can miss it.

If you're feeling metrosexual there's also a gay bar, Friends, I think, or something like that. Or drive across the bridge to Seven Points and have your pick of several garden variety redneck beer joints. Something for everyone in the greater GBC metropolitan area.
