Peeps

Postby zenmomma » Tue Apr 04, 2006 7:45 pm

I just realised that I can't get Peeps in the UK. And as Easter is coming up soon, I started feeling sad that we don't have them here.

I know they are cheap, and really not all that tasty anyhow, but none the less part of my easter experience since god knows how long.

Would anyone be willing to post some Peeps to me? Maybe they will get stale on the way because that is when they taste best... mmmm vintage peeps.

I'd be happy to return the favor via Creme Eggs or various other UK Easter candy.

ME! I will!

I was excited about something new on the Peeps aisle at Target this year. I'll surprise you. . .

P.S.
L Kid,
Peeps are marshmallows formed like springtime animals and rolled in sugar. Traditionally sold around Easter and delivered by the Easter Bunny, they now sell other seasonal Peeps as well -- Halloween Peeps, Christmas Peeps. . .

I wonder if Target will carry the blood red peeps like the ones Mere got us last year. Those were creepy.

I love marshmallow....but peeps just don't do it for me...I like them, but can actually go the entire holiday season with one.

Now offer me some chocolate covered marshmallows and I'm yours.
