why stop there? Why not use it as a nuclear testing site and rid the world of the world's worst accent, the Sunoco stations that won't let you pump your own petrol, and that hideous smell...well, not sure what nuclear fallout smells like, but it can't be worse than Elizabeth, NJ. Just make sure you annex Hoboken to NYC before you do it.

Now that I'm a bit more awake, perhaps Elizabeth can be the Nuclear Testing ground...still, Dalya's post reminded me a lot of what I hate about NJ.

It is. It's that way in Oregon too, but at least they're nice when they pump your petrol.

my mom's entire family is from bergenfield, new jersey. i'd appreciate leaving that safe from nuclear testing, if possible. that being said, let the jersey jokes fly. there's nothing more entertaining than making fun of my grandmother for her awful jersey accent.

My Aunt Carol has the worst accent, but I think it is more PA than NJ.

fucking new jersey transit stops running at midnight, so if you don't leave by then you're stuck there for the night or you have to overpay a cab driver to take you to newark and they wont even drive through the fucking holland tunnel and drop you off in soho so you have to take the fucking PATH train and transfer 2 more times because the fucking train schedules change after midnight/weekends.

basically we got screwed out of $40 and had to walk 10 blocks at 3 AM all because new jersey is stupid. if you have a car it's fine. otherwise its a black hole you can never escape. reminds me of the the ozarks in missouri.

My boss lives in Nutley, so I'd perfer that not be bombed either. But lots and lots of our execs are in Basking Ridge, so feel free to blow that up.
