this test is more about the history and theory within anthropology and less about the mutilation per se, although i am sure that i can work mutilation into one of my answers somehow

Study (but that goes without saying for a seasoned student who is probably also paying their own tuition...),
eat well,
and get a good night's sleep before your exam.
