I thought everyone staying home from work were being big babies. Then I left my car lights on, and when I went to turn them off 20 minutes after I got here, I slipped on ice.

Yup, in about 5 minutes I watched my car thermometer go from 77 to 55 yesterday at about 7:15PM. I thought my car was broken until I got out of it.

when i watched the forecast this morning, the temp outside was 70, and across the state, the temp in amarillo was 19. i dont know how cold it is outside right now, but yeah, there was a major drop....

i hate idiots who can't drive when its cold. they either drive 5 miles an hour with their foot on the break (on ice, way to go genius. your breaks will do a lot) or they drive like nothing is special and then slam into another car and can't figure out what happened.

my passat was really good on ice. My dad took me out when I first got it to teach me how to drive on ice and he kept trying to get the car to skid but it wouldn't. way to go passat! my new car has shitty tires so I doubt it will be as successful. poor mazda. its not your fault they stuck shitty goodyear racing tires on you. you just wanted some traction, didnt you?
