You're right.
I don't think there's anywhere in Tx that the weather could be described as beautiful. Besides, you're just having the hand-me-down weather we had yesterday.

I think there is a great deal of beauty in the Texas weather. Not necessarily pretty or nice or comfortable, but beautiful. I think most of us (honkies) have some idea of natural beauty that was created by a handful of 18th century british poets and painters. What the hell do they know?

Speak for yourself, honky

. If you ask me, beautiful weather = comfortable. And for more than two or three days at a time.

autumn in the berkshires > anything else ever.
I think you win.
It's 63 degrees outside, and I saw some people at school wearing fur-lined parkas.

as long as they got the bikinis underneath, along with the thigh-high boots, i don't see what the problem is.

I don't know. . . I think the Berkshires can hold their own when it comes to fall scenery.

the tree outside my window turns bright yellow in the fall and it has really tiny leaves, so i love the fall (i.e. early December, which is when it finally gets cold enough for the leaves to change).
i love Japanese Maples in the fall. they always change color first and they're so pretty.
