P.S.
Mr. J, who are some of the artists on your CD? Maybe we can guess who made it.

I still owe you one from a bazillion years ago, but my CD burner drive is busted. I have a special playlist that I worked on sitting in my computer just for you, all dressed up with nowhere to go, withering in the lonesome crowded tower.
Sad, no?

call me a sissy, but i would seriously be sad if i never got mine. SERIOUSLY sad. i was really, almost unreasonably, happy when it showed up.

on this mix cd i got
i was enjoying it sans tracklist
heard this beautiful song
that i listened to, like, five times in a row
it was 'buggin' from the soft bulletin
don't be scared, j....
(please someone tell me that was the worst song on the album. i want to hear more, suddenly...)

It's definitely the catchiest song, but probably the most shallow too.
I've said before that I always like the sprinter songs first, then if the album is good, I fall in love with the marathon songs that get better once you listen to them 26.2 times. "Buggin'" is a sprinter (with some decent endurance.) There are lots more marathon songs on there.
