DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT order the white rice at PF Changs. I don't want to alarm you (well maybe just a little), but only because i want you both enjoy the rest of the evening. The brown or fried rice is fine, but I have heard from several sources that the white rice, because of the method they use to cook and store it, is likely to cause food poisoning.

I always get brown rice anyway. Thanks for the heads up though. That's kind of scary. I wonder if it is the same way at Pei Wei.
