He's the best. He did a great collaberation with Andy Partridge, and of course there's always The Plateaux of Mirrors AKA Brian Eno's Ambient 2, which I actually like better than Music For Airports.yeah, it's from moon and the melodies, the collaboration he did with the cocteau twins, from '86.Is this Harold Budd?Death Scene: "Memory Gongs" -- Budd/Fraser/Guthrie/Raymonde
What a genius. He played his last ever live performance in Brighton last year. I didn't go. I feel dumb.

'retirement' is a state of mind. he put out an album last year, saying it was his last, but since then he's recorded a new record, he recorded a collaboration for the soundtrack of 'mysterious skin,' and recently he and the cocteau twins' robin guthrie have recorded a third collaboration.
methinks he'll probably play live again.

i dunno. he said he was going to continue working with people in the studio, but not play live anymore. which leads me to think he's telling the truth on that front.'retirement' is a state of mind. he put out an album last year, saying it was his last, but since then he's recorded a new record, he recorded a collaboration for the soundtrack of 'mysterious skin,' and recently he and the cocteau twins' robin guthrie have recorded a third collaboration.

it doesn't matter, provided he does some musical collaberations with me sometime
