well, mere, i'd imagine you'd go out guns a'blazin' and forks a'pokin', so that, a few days later, a reporter will ask roach why he didn't see the signs....

as for the whole faux death thing on the Spork board...well, i dunno. its kinda sick, if you ask me.

i know from personal experience having a fake death reported is something really, really weird. it happened to me in college once; a guy who lived in the floor below me shot himself, and his name was josiah, and he'd been depressed over a bad break-up. someone i knew caught the news report, didn't quite catch the name, but recognized that i lived in that section of the building, and assumed it was me (because i was rather depressed from a bad breakup myself). word spread quite quickly to my friends, my church, my professors, and my boss. i am just glad that my parents didnt get word of it. that was...really weird. *shudders*
