Everyone in Texas has been seeing this at the grocery store this month.

(I'm guessing he won't have time to save A&M AND be the Secretary of Defense - maybe that should be he won't have time to be Defense Secretary AND save A&M.)

If College Station is the victim of a Red Dawn like scenario, I'm sure having the SecDef on your side will be helpful. Otherwise, no. Does this mean that A&M can't be saved?
