Farewell, Young Frankenstein

Postby mere1975 » Wed Dec 13, 2006 8:37 pm

NEW YORK - Peter Boyle, the actor who transformed from an angry workingman in "Joe" to a tap-dancing monster in "Young Frankenstein" and finally the comically grouchy father on "Everybody Loves Raymond," has died. He was 71.

Everybody Loves Raymond was a wonderful show in the first few seasons. When it just devolved into them fighting all the time and having cliched conflicts, it became terribly uninteresting.

I always hated Raymond.
Didn't care much for his dad, either.

But when I saw the thread title, I thuoght Gene Wilder had died, and THAT would have made me sad.

So I guess I'm happy now.

Sorry.
