you know I have a whole theory about the UK and they were bent on world domination a while ago just because their food is really aweful. once they got to India, they were happy. thus ended world domination...

is it perfect? no, but that is what I like about it
The same can be said replacing "UK" with "USA" and "India" with "Mexico".
yes, but we only took part of their country, not the whole thing.
Part = 50%. But at least we left them some nice beaches.

Those too, but their Butterscotch Krimpets were a favorite growing up. For those who've never had them, Peanut Butter Kandy Kakes are like Peanut Butter Pattie Girl Scout cookies except with cake (soft) instead of cookie (crunchy). Yum.

I can actually order them online from the company or Ebay(!) if you don't have any extra room in your luggage. :)

Tracy, I'll thumbwrestle you for a krimpet!

(Actually they stock them at some Krogers, I think. And there's a cheesesteak shop in Plano that sells many varieties.)

Erock, I recommend concentrating on Fort Worth as well. Sundance Square is fun, safe and attractive; the Kimball and Modern Art Museums are amazing; and you can find more western kitsch in the Stockyards. You'll see REAL cowboys with all of the ranch folk in town for the stock show.

Well, the Fat Stock Show will be in Fort Worth then. They have animals, a rodeo, midway rides, and beer. There ya go!

Probably shitty weather as well.

Sybil

p.s. Yes, I know they don't call it the "Fat Stock" show anymore, but I can never remember the more modern, advertiser approved name.
Apparently, it just called The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo now. (I'm not a native but I think that bad weather is a tradition.)
