dash for the beads

anyone interested in stepping it up and doing a 5k the week before dash down greenville? think there may be beer at this finish line too. It's 25$

I'm not for sure in, but think it would be a good warm up or great way to injure our old bones.

not doing this. i think one 5k is good enough for me. plus i don't want running to fuck too bad with my yoga challenge.

I think I'll register this weekend for this run. went running the last few nights, turns out doing yoga the last few months has helped. a lot.
