it is for me... at least until the sun doesn't go away so early. I could wake up and run, but it's so damned cold in the morning. :)

I would like to run a 5k soon.

I was getting back into the swing of running and one of my sites suggested I do yoga instead of starting cold in cold weather due to me being old and having crappy joints.

So, yes, yoga is currently the new running. Soon yoga & running will be the new running.

yoga is fucking magic. for srs. and i like it a million times more than running. less impact & pain, more & faster results, added mental benefits.

running is cool, too. but for me, yoga is where it's at and running is simply a supplement to my practice.
