a fork by any other name...

does this qualify as a fork? it's initially for garden use, and the bulbs at the top are light reflectors, but it looks like a damn fork to me!

It's...a light-up garden fork...for when those gnomes get a little too close to your birdfeeder.

Completely fork. I mean, the pretty lights are just distraction whilst you prepare the business end for impaling.

They're not forks at all.
If we closely examine the apparatus, we will see that the body is mainly one long pole. The obtrusion at the end is merely for support whilst in the ground.
By definition, a fork has to fork. Like, it's just one long pole with a side-support. Nothing forks. There's just a deviation. Totally different. Not a fork.
